Developer Giants Software recently announced a November 12 release date for Farming Simulator 25 on PC and console, just in time for anyone looking to enjoy the holiday Season with a spot of high-definition harvests. This year’s edition of the popular agriculture simulator throws in over 400 machines to use in your farming pursuits, new gameplay features, and plenty of visual upgrades, as well as a gameplay engine that Giants has described as being very mod-friendly.

A standard edition is available to preorder for $50, but the Farming Simulator 25 collector’s edition exclusively for PC is worth looking at for all of the extra content included. Work on Path of Exile’s next seasonal update is largely on hold until after a major update for Path of Exile 2 has been delivered, developer Grinding Gear Games has announced.

In a video message, Path of Exile 2 game director and Grinding Gear Games co-founder Jonathan Rogers explained the situation. Last summer, much of the PoE 1 development team was shifted to PoE 2 in order to help the developer hit its planned early access release date. Grinding Gear Games had promised to keep updating the original PoE after the release of PoE 2, and internally slated a new “league” (PoE’s version of seasons) for February. Rogers said he believed the team had time to both get PoE 2’s endgame ready for early access while preparing the new PoE league for February.

Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Rogers said they “were fooling themselves” thinking that plan would work. After PoE 2’s early access release was delayed several weeks, the PoE 1 team continued to work on the sequel. Even after PoE 2 launched, it continued to run into problems, and Rogers said he couldn’t justify taking the PoE team off the project until the fires were put out.

CPU manufacturer AMD has announced it’s Sports betting site B Sports delaying the release of its new Zen 5 Ryzen 9000 CPUs after discovering that some of the first chips to come off the assembly line were lacking in quality. “We appreciate the excitement around Ryzen 9000 series processor,” AMD senior VP and GM of computing and graphics Jack Huynh said on Twitter. “During final checks, we found the initial production units that were shipped to our channel partners did not meet our full quality expectations. Out of an abundance of caution and to maintain the highest quality experiences for every Ryzen user, we are working with our channel partners to replace the initial production units with fresh units. As a result, there will be a short delay in retail availability.”

The delay affects four Ryzen 9000 series processors, all of which were initially scheduled for a July 31 launch. The four products affected by the delay–and their new release dates–are listed below:

As you guide them from left to right, through their residence and out the front door, you leave it behind and set out on an unclear journey. The world is tinged grey, broken, abandoned. You quickly arrive at the vehicle that serves as your dwelling for the rest of the trek, a landbound ship that uses petrol, steam, wind, and its giant wheels and sails to propel itself forward. You henceforth pilot the ship in a straight line away from your home, unsure of the specifics of your destination or purpose–it seems like you’re simply trying to go as far as possible.

Lone Sails is a 2D puzzle game in which there are no enemies, few challenges, and a purposefully vague narrative. These are all ideas we’ve seen attached to plenty of other indie platform-puzzle games, and in the opening few minutes described above it all feels very familiar. But it does not take long for Lone Sails to emerge with its own distinct voice and identity, and that’s thanks to the ship you’re piloting.

Nintendo Switch Joy-Con drift is a major hassle, especially for those who prefer to play their Switch in undocked mode. Now, a new study from the UK consumer group Which? reports that it’s found evidence that the Joy-Con drft is due to a fundamental design flaw.
